Privacy
Last updated: 7 October 2026. This covers the Sled Club website and waitlist.
What we collect
- Your email address and how you plan to race (doubles, relay or solo).
- Optional answers you choose to give: race month and city, whether you have a team, and how you train now.
- How you found us: campaign tags in the link you used, a gym or creator code, or the member who invited you.
- Whether you visited on a phone or a computer, and anonymous page statistics. We don't use advertising cookies.
- For company enquiries: your name, work email, company and the details you send.
Why we use it
- To invite you to early access and tell you about your founding offer.
- To send training tips and launch news, only if you ticked the box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which channels bring people in, and to build better training plans.
- To reply to company enquiries.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use a small number of service providers to run the site: hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend) and privacy-friendly analytics (PostHog). They process data only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist and no longer need it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or leave the waitlist, at any time by emailing hello@thesledclub.com.
